By using our Services, you confirm that you:

3. Payments & Billing

All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).

Setup, onboarding, and customization fees are due upfront.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, transaction fees, and third-party charges.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Mirage AI does not provide refunds for:

Setup or onboarding fees

Subscription payments

Consulting or strategy services

Custom automations, workflows, or integrations

Software or platform access

Cancellations stop future billing only. No partial or prorated refunds are provided.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Obtain proper consent for SMS, email, and communications

Use the Services ethically and legally

Misuse may result in immediate termination without refund.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms like Twilio, Meta, Google, Stripe, and others.

Mirage AI is not responsible for:

Third-party downtime or outages

Policy changes

Account suspensions or bans

Data loss caused by third parties

Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software configurations, workflows, templates, branding, and materials provided by Mirage AI are our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, resell, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services without written permission.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all non-public, confidential, or proprietary information private unless disclosure is required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mirage AI shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages

Loss of profits, data, or business

Service interruptions

Platform suspensions or compliance failures

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to Mirage AI in the last 30 days.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mirage AI from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from:

Your misuse of the Services

Your violation of laws or regulations

Your failure to obtain customer consent

11. Termination

Mirage AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services at any time for:

Abuse, harassment, or fraud

All outstanding balances remain due upon termination.
